Its chain of transmission is daif due to the obscurity of Abu Ramlah, Amir, whom the scholars have judged unknown. And Ubaydullah bin Muslim's companionship is disputed. The hadith concerns the death of children, meaning that whoever loses three children is guaranteed Paradise, then whoever loses two. This hadith has preceded many times in similar form. See 14219.
