Abdullah, with Ubayy raising the chain to the Prophet ﷺ, reported that he said, "Whoever misses his portion of recitation, or his assigned share from the night, then recites it between the Fajr prayer and Zuhr, it is as though he had recited it during the night."

عبد الله وقد بلغ به أبي إلى النبي ﷺ قال من فاته شيء من ورده أو قال من جزئه من الليل فقرأه ما بين صلاة الفجر إلى الظهر فكأنما قرأه من ليلته
Its isnad is sahih. Saaib bin Yazid was a minor companion, his father took him for hajj with the Prophet ﷺ when he was seven years old. Abdul-Rahman bin Ubayd is al-Qari, with the ya doubled, a designation derived from al-Qarah with the ra unshortened and lightly pronounced, which is a tribe well known for its skill in archery.As for his statement, "Abdullah said," and so on, this is Abdullah bin Ahmad bin Hanbal, relating that his father attributed this hadith directly to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, rather than treating it as stopping at Umar.
