While we were marching through the pass of Qalamya, the commander Malik bin Abdullah al-Khathami called out to a man who was leading his horse along the slope of the mountain."Abu Abdullah, will you not ride?"He replied, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Whoever's feet become dusty in the path of Allah for even an hour of the day, they are forbidden to the Fire.'"

بينا نسير في درب قلمية إذ نادى الأمير مالك بن عبد الله الخثعمي رجل يقود فرسه في عراض الجبل يا أبا عبد الله ألا تركب قال إني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول من اغبرت قدماه في سبيل الله عز وجل ساعة من نهار فهما حرام على النار
Its isnad is sahih. It previously appeared at 14888 from Jabir and at 5878 from Abu Abas. Ibn Jabir is Abdul-Rahman bin Yazid bin Jabir, who is trustworthy, and his hadith appears in the collections of "the group." Abu Musabbih is al-Muqrai, they did not mention a name for him, he is trustworthy, and his hadith appears in Abu Dawud.
