The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "I stood at the gate of Paradise, and most of those entering it were the poor, while the wealthy were held back." Yahya bin Saeed and others reported it as, "except that the wealthy were held back, and the people of the Fire had already been ordered to the Fire. And I stood at the gate of the Fire, and most of those entering it were women."
حدثنا إسماعيل بن إبراهيم عن سليمان التيمي عن أبي عثمان النهدي
قال رسول الله ﷺ قمت على باب الجنة فإذا عامة من دخلها المساكين وإذا أصحاب الجد وقال يحيى بن سعيد وغيره إلا أصحاب الجد محبوسون إلا أصحاب النار فقد أمر بهم إلى النار وقمت على باب النار فإذا عامة من يدخلها النساء
