Its isnad is hasan, because of Uqbah bin Abdul-Rahman, whom Bukhari considered unknown while Ibn Hibban considered him reliable. Although Ibn Hibban is known for being lenient and authenticating some unknown narrators, others also considered him unknown or weak, since Bukhari said about his hadith, "Whoever touches his private part must perform wudu," that it is not sahih. But there he was the sole narrator, whereas here he is not alone, for the hadith is very well known, has already appeared with numerous wordings, and will come again frequently as well.
