Abu Dharr reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are three to whom Allah will not speak on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He look at them, nor will He purify them, and they will have a painful punishment."I said, "Messenger of Allah, who are they? They are lost and ruined."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ repeated it three times, then said, "The one who lets his garment hang below his ankles, the one who sells his merchandise by means of a false or sinful oath, and the one who reminds others of his favors."

حدثنا عفان حدثنا شعبة قال علي بن مدرك أخبرني قال سمعت أبا زرعة يحدث عن خرشة بن الحر

عن أبي ذر قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ ثلاثة لا يكلمهم الله ولا ينظر إليهم يوم القيامة ولا يزكيهم ولهم عذاب أليم قال قلت يا رسول الله من هم خسروا وخابوا قال فأعاده رسول الله ﷺ ثلاث مرات قال المسبل والمنفق سلعته بالحلف الكاذب أو الفاجر والمنان
