Ibn Shihab reported,

Anas bin Malik reported that Abu Dharr used to narrate that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The roof of my house was opened while I was in Makkah, and Jibreel descended. He split open my chest, washed it with water from Zamzam, then brought a golden basin filled with wisdom and faith, which he emptied into my chest before closing it. Then he took my hand and ascended with me to the heaven.When we reached the lowest heaven, Jibreel asked for it to be opened.The keeper asked, 'Who is this?'Jibreel answered, 'Jibreel.'The keeper asked, 'Is anyone with you?'He replied, 'Yes, Muhammad is with me.'The keeper asked, 'Has he been sent for?'Jibreel said, 'Yes.'So it was opened for us. When we ascended into the lowest heaven, there was a man with shadowy figures on his right and shadowy figures on his left. When he looked to his right he smiled, and when he looked to his left he wept. He said, 'Welcome to the righteous Prophet and the righteous son.'I asked Jibreel , 'Who is this?'He answered, 'This is Adam, and these shadowy figures on his right and his left are the souls of his descendants. Those on the right are the people of Paradise, and the shadowy figures on his left are the people of the Fire. So when he looks to his right he laughs, and when he looks to his left he weeps.'Then Jibreel ascended with me until he reached the second heaven. He said to its keeper, 'Open.' The keeper said to him the same as the keeper of the lowest heaven had said, then opened it for him."Anas bin Malik said that he mentioned that he found in the heavens Adam, Idris, Musa, Isa, and Ibrahim, peace be upon them, but it was not clear to me how their stations were arranged, except that he mentioned he found Adam in the lowest heaven and Ibrahim in the sixth heaven.Anas continued, "When Jibreel and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed by Idris, he said, 'Welcome to the righteous Prophet and the righteous brother.'I asked, 'Who is this?'Jibreel said, 'This is Idris.'Then I passed by Musa, and he said, 'Welcome to the righteous Prophet and the righteous brother.'I asked, 'Who is this?'He answered, 'This is Musa.'Then I passed by Isa, and he said, 'Welcome to the righteous Prophet and the righteous brother.'I asked, 'Who is this?'He answered, 'This is Isa, son of Maryam.'Then I passed by Ibrahim, and he said, 'Welcome to the righteous Prophet and the righteous son.'I asked, 'Who is this?'He answered, 'This is Ibrahim .'"Ibn Shihab said, Ibn Hazm informed me that Ibn Abbas and Abu Habbah al-Ansari used to say that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Then I was taken up until I rose to a level where I could hear the scratching of pens."Ibn Hazm and Anas bin Malik said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah enjoined fifty prayers upon my community. I returned with that, and as I passed by Musa , he asked, 'What did your Lord enjoin upon your community?'I said, 'He enjoined upon them fifty prayers.'Musa said to me, 'Go back to your Lord , for your community will not be able to bear that.'So I went back to my Lord , and He reduced it by half. I returned to Musa and informed him, and he said, 'Go back to your Lord, for your community will not be able to bear that.'So I went back to my Lord , and He said, 'They are five and they are fifty. The word is not changed with Me.'I returned to Musa , and he said, 'Go back to your Lord.'I said, 'I am ashamed before my Lord .'Then he took me onward until he brought me to Sidrat al-Muntaha, which was covered with colors I cannot describe. Then I was admitted into Paradise, where I saw domes of pearl, and its soil was musk."This is the end of the Musnad of Ubayy bin Kaab, may Allah the Exalted be pleased with him.

حدثنا عبد الله حدثنا محمد بن إسحاق بن محمد المسيبي حدثنا أنس بن عياض عن يونس بن يزيد قال قال

ابن شهاب قال

أنس بن مالك كان أبو ذر يحدث أن رسول الله ﷺ قال فرج سقف بيتي وأنا بمكة فنزل جبريل عليه السلام ففرج صدري ثم غسله من ماء زمزم ثم جاء بطست من ذهب ممتلئ حكمة وإيمانا فأفرغها في صدري ثم أطبقه ثم أخذ بيدي فعرج بي إلى السماء فلما جاء السماء الدنيا فافتتح فقال من هذا قال جبريل قال هل معك أحد قال نعم معي محمد قال أرسل إليه قال نعم فافتح فلما علونا السماء الدنيا إذا رجل عن يمينه أسودة وعن يساره أسودة وإذا نظر قبل يمينه تبسم وإذا نظر قبل يساره بكى قال مرحبا بالنبي الصالح والابن الصالح قال قلت لجبريل عليه السلام من هذا قال هذا آدم وهذه الأسودة عن يمينه وشماله نسم بنيه فأهل اليمين هم أهل الجنة والأسودة التي عن شماله أهل النار فإذا نظر قبل يمينه ضحك وإذا نظر قبل شماله بكى قال ثم عرج بي جبريل عليه السلام حتى جاء السماء الثانية فقال لخازنها افتح فقال له خازنها مثل ما قال خازن السماء الدنيا ففتح له قال أنس بن مالك فذكر أنه وجد في السموات آدم وإدريس وموسى وعيسى وإبراهيم عليهم الصلاة والسلام ولم يثبت لي كيف منازلهم غير أنه ذكر أنه وجد آدم في السماء الدنيا وإبراهيم في السماء السادسة قال أنس فلما مر جبريل عليه السلام ورسول الله ﷺ بإدريس قال مرحبا بالنبي الصالح والأخ الصالح قال فقلت من هذا قال هذا إدريس قال ثم مررت بموسى فقال مرحبا بالنبي الصالح والأخ الصالح قلت من هذا قال هذا موسى ثم مررت بعيسى فقال مرحبا بالنبي الصالح والأخ الصالح قلت من هذا قال هذا عيسى ابن مريم قال ثم مررت بإبراهيم فقال مرحبا بالنبي الصالح والابن الصالح قلت من هذا قال هذا إبراهيم عليه السلام قال ابن شهاب وأخبرني ابن حزم أن ابن عباس وأبا حبة الأنصاري يقولان قال رسول الله ﷺ ثم عرج بي حتى ظهرت بمستوى أسمع صريف الأقلام قال ابن حزم وأنس بن مالك قال رسول الله ﷺ فرض الله تبارك وتعالى على أمتي خمسين صلاة قال فرجعت بذلك حتى أمر على موسى عليه السلام فقال ماذا فرض ربك تبارك وتعالى على أمتك قلت فرض عليهم خمسين صلاة فقال لي موسى عليه السلام راجع ربك تبارك وتعالى فإن أمتك لا تطيق ذلك قال فراجعت ربي عز وجل فوضع شطرها فرجعت إلى موسى فأخبرته فقال راجع ربك فإن أمتك لا تطيق ذلك قال فراجعت ربي عز وجل فقال هي خمس وهي خمسون لا يبدل القول لدي قال فرجعت إلى موسى عليه السلام فقال راجع ربك فقلت قد استحييت من ربي تبارك وتعالى قال ثم انطلق بي حتى أتى بي سدرة المنتهى قال فغشيها ألوان ما أدري ما هي قال ثم أدخلت الجنة فإذا فيها جنابذ اللؤلؤ وإذا ترابها المسك هذا آخر مسند أبي بن كعب رضي الله تعالى عنه
