I observed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during a prayer he was performing until it reached the time of dawn. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished his prayer with the salam, Khabab came to him and said, "Messenger of Allah, may my father and mother be ransomed for you, you have prayed..." and he mentioned the like of Shuba's hadith.

رمقت رسول الله ﷺ في صلاة صلاها حتى إذا كان مع الفجر فلما سلم رسول الله ﷺ من صلاته جاءه خباب فقال يا رسول الله بأبي أنت وأمي لقد صليت فذكر مثل حديث شعبة
