The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to recite Qaf wal-Quran al-Majeed in the dawn prayer, and his prayers afterward were lighter. When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ finished the dawn prayer, he would remain seated in his place of prayer until the sun rose.

كان رسول الله ﷺ يقرأ في صلاة الفجر ب ق والقرآن المجيد وكانت صلاته بعد تخفيفا وكان رسول الله ﷺ إذا صلى الفجر قعد في مصلاه حتى تطلع الشمس
