A mule died in the possession of a man, so he came to the Prophet ﷺ seeking a ruling. Jabir bin Samura reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ asked the owner, "Do you have anything else that would spare you from needing it?"The man replied, "No."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Then go and eat it."
