I heard a man ask the Prophet ﷺ, "May I pray in the same garment I wear when I am intimate with my wife?"He answered, "Yes, unless you see something on it, in which case you should wash it."This hadith is not raised beyond Abdul-Malik bin Umayr.
Its isnad is sahih, though according to Ahmad's view it is mawquf. Abdullah bin Maymun Raqqi is trustworthy, Ahmad and others narrated from him, but none of the authors of the six books narrated from him. As for Ubaydullah bin Amr Raqqi, he is among the well-known trustworthy narrators, and his hadith appears in Muslim and the four Sunan. The hadith was narrated by Ibn Majah, 1/180, no. 542, in the chapter on Purification, on praying in the garment in which one had intercourse.
