Someone who heard the Prophet ﷺ reciting "On that day none will punish as He punishes, and none will bind as He binds" [Fajr 89:25–26] said that the meaning is, "It is done to him."Khalid said, I asked Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Bakra, and he recited, "On that day none will punish," meaning, "It is done to him."

عمن سمع النبي ﷺ يقرأ {فيومئذ لا يعذب عذابه أحد ولا يوثق وثاقه أحد} يعني يفعل به قال خالد وسألت عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكرة قال {فيومئذ لا يعذب} أي يفعل به
Its isnad is sahih. It is found in Tabari's tafsir 12/121 (Dar al-Hadith edition), verse 26 of Surah Fajr, and Suyuti attributed it in Durr Manthur 8/315 to Ibn Jareer, Hakim, Abd bin Humayd, Baghawi, and Abu Naeem.
