Its isnad is daif due to the obscurity of Habib bin Abdullah Azdi, the father of Abdul-Samad, whom they considered unknown. What is surprising is that Haythami, 5/159, deemed it hasan because of Abdul-Samad bin Habib, saying, "Ibn Main deemed him trustworthy while Ahmad deemed him daif," without mentioning his father.
