He said, "I was with Abdullah bin Mughafal when a man from his people who was with him flicked a pebble." He then mentioned something similar to the hadith of Ismail bin Ulayyah from Ayub from Saeed bin Jubayr, that a relative of Abdullah bin Mughafal flicked a pebble, and he forbade him from doing so.
