The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The emigrant may stay in Mecca for three after completing his rites." Abu Asim said, "Three nights."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق حدثنا ابن جريج وابن بكر أخبرنا ابن جريج وأبو عاصم عن ابن جريج أخبرني إسماعيل بن محمد بن سعيد أنه أخبره حميد بن عبد الرحمن بن عوف أن السائب بن يزيد أخبره أنه سمع
قال رسول الله ﷺ يمكث المهاجر بمكة بعد قضاء نسكه ثلاثا قال أبو عاصم ثلاث ليال
Its isnad is sahih. Its narrators are leading authorities. Abu Asim is Dahhak bin Makhlad, trustworthy, precise, and authoritative, and likewise Ismail bin Muhammad bin Saad bin Abu Waqqas Zuhri, who is also a jurist, and Saaib bin Yazid was a companion of the Prophet.
