The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to command them to fast the white days, saying, "They are equivalent to fasting the entire month," or he said, "the entire lifetime."
حدثنا بهز حدثنا شعبة حدثني أنس بن سيرين
أن رسول الله ﷺ كان يأمرهم بصيام أيام البيض ويقول هن صيام الشهر أو قال الدهر
