A man from the Ansar married a woman whose hair had fallen out. The Prophet ﷺ was asked about hair extensions, and he cursed the woman who attaches hair extensions and the woman who has them attached.
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا الفضل بن دلهم عن ابن سيرين
أن رجلا من الأنصار تزوج امرأة فسقط شعرها فسئل النبي ﷺ عن الوصال فلعن الواصلة والموصولة

Its chain of transmission is hasan, because of Fadl bin Musa. There is some criticism of him, but Ahmad approved of him, and even though some scholars weakened him because of his mistakes, he did not make a mistake here.The hadith was narrated by Bukhari 10/374 no. 5934 (Fath), Muslim 3/1676 no. 2122, and Tirmidhi 4/236 no. 1759, who said, hasan sahih, all of them in the book of Clothing, chapter on the prohibition of hair extensions. Also by Abu Dawud 4/75 no. 4168, in the book of Grooming, Nasai 8/145, in the book of Adornment, and Ibn Majah in the book of Marriage 2/640 no. 1988.
