The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "Any woman whom two guardians have given in marriage belongs to the first of them, and any man who sells a single item to two buyers, it belongs to the first of them."

أن نبي الله ﷺ قال أيما امرأة زوجها وليان فهي للأول منهما وأيما رجل باع بيعا من رجلين فهو للأول منهما
