I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performing the prayer. When he raised his head from the bowing position, he lifted his hands until they reached the upper parts of his ears, as if they were two fans.
حدثنا هاشم وبهز قالا حدثنا سليمان بن المغيرة عن حميد بن هلال قال حدثني من سمع
رأيت رسول الله ﷺ يصلي قال فرفع رأسه من الركوع فرفع كفيه حتى حاذتا أو بلغتا فروع أذنيه كأنهما مروحتان

Its isnad is daif, due to the anonymity of the narrator who reported from the companion, but the hadith is sahih, for the account of the Messenger of Allah's ﷺ saying the takbir was narrated by Muslim, 1/292, no. 390, in the Book of Prayer, chapter on the recommendation of raising the hands level with the shoulders, from Malik bin Huwayrith, and by Abu Dawud, 1/191, no. 726, similarly, from Waail bin Hajar, and by Nasai, 2/142, in the Book of the Opening, and by Ibn Majah, 1/279, no. 859.
