He heard the Prophet ﷺ say, "Whoever is asked by his master for the surplus of his wealth and refuses to give it will have it turned on the Day of Resurrection into a bald serpent."

أنه سمع النبي ﷺ يقول من سأله مولاه فضل ماله فلم يعطه جعل يوم القيامة شجاعا أقرع
