He asked Imran bin Husayn about a man who vowed not to attend prayer in a mosque.Imran said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'There is no vow made in anger, and its expiation is the expiation of an oath.'"

أنه سأل عمران بن حصين عن رجل نذر أن لا يشهد الصلاة في مسجد فقال عمران سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول لا نذر في غضب وكفارته كفارة يمين
Its isnad is daif, due to the anonymity of the narrator from Imran, and due to the weakness of Muhammad bin Zubayr Hanzali. The hadith has already appeared at 19830, and it is sahih.
