Imran bin Husayn reported,

A Muslim woman was taken captive by the enemy. Before that, the enemy had captured a she-camel belonging to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. She saw that the people had become inattentive, so she mounted the she-camel of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and made a vow that if she escaped on it, she would slaughter it.When she reached Medina, she wanted to slaughter the she-camel of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, but she was prevented from doing so. The matter was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said, "What a poor reward you have given it for saving you."Then he said, "There is no vow binding upon the son of Adam concerning what he does not own, nor in disobedience to Allah تبارك وتعالى."
