Abu Musa Ashari reported,

I said to the Prophet ﷺ, "The people of Yemen have two drinks, or some drinks, this bita made from honey, and the mizr made from millet and barley. What do you command me regarding them?"He said, "I forbid you from every intoxicant."

عن أبي بردة عن أبيه قال

قلت للنبي ﷺ إن لأهل اليمن شرابين أو أشربة هذا البتع من العسل والمزر من الذرة والشعير فما تأمرني فيهما قال أنهاكم عن كل مسكر
