The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "On the Day of Resurrection, no believer will be left without being presented with a Jew or a Christian who will be handed over to him, and it will be said to him, 'This is your ransom from the Fire.'"Abu Burda said, Umar bin Abdul-Aziz made me swear by Allah, beside whom there is no god, "Did you really hear Abu Musa mention this from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ?"I said, "Yes."Umar was delighted at that.
حدثنا أبو المغيرة وهو النضر بن إسماعيل يعني القاص حدثنا بريد عن أبي بردة
قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا كان يوم القيامة لم يبق مؤمن إلا أتي بيهودي أو نصراني حتى يدفع إليه يقال له هذا فداؤك من النار قال أبو بردة فاستحلفني عمر بن عبد العزيز بالله الذي لا إله إلا هو أسمعت أبا موسى يذكره عن رسول الله ﷺ قال قلت نعم فسر بذلك عمر
