Whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent one of his companions on some task, he would tell him, "Give people good news and do not drive them away. Make things easy and do not make them hard."
قال وكان رسول الله ﷺ إذا بعث أحدا من أصحابه في بعض أمره قال بشروا ولا تنفروا ويسروا ولا تعسروا
Its chain of transmission is sahih, and it was already mentioned at 13109.19464m- The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The example of what Allah has sent me with, of guidance and knowledge, is like abundant rain that falls upon the earth. Part of the earth was fertile and absorbed the water, so it produced abundant grass and vegetation. Part of it was hard and held the water, and Allah benefited people by it, so they drank from it, gave water to others, and used it for irrigation and cultivation. Another part of the land was struck by rain also, but it was barren ground that neither holds water nor produces grass. That is the example of one who understands the religion of Allah and benefits from what I was sent with, so he learns and teaches others, compared to one who pays no attention to it at all and does not accept the guidance of Allah with which I was sent."Sahih (19464m). Its chain of transmission is sahih, like the one before it, and it is found in Bukhari, 1/175, number 79, in the chapter on knowledge, on the merit of one who learns and teaches.
