The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Many men have attained perfection, but among women none have attained it except Asiya the wife of Pharaoh and Maryam the daughter of Imran. The superiority of Ayesha over other women is like the superiority of tharid over all other foods."
حدثنا وكيع وابن جعفر قالا ثنا شعبة عن عمرو عن مرة الهمداني
قال رسول الله ﷺ كمل من الرجال كثير ولم يكمل من النساء إلا آسية امرأة فرعون ومريم بنت عمران وإن فضل عائشة على النساء كفضل الثريد على سائر الطعام
Its isnad is sahih, and the hadith was narrated by Bukhari 7/106, no. 3769, Muslim 4/1886, no. 2431, Tirmidhi 4/275, no. 1834, who said, hasan sahih, and Ibn Abu Shayba 2/128, no. 12326.
