The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "How can I find ease when the bearer of the Horn has already placed it to his mouth, bent his forehead forward, and is listening intently, waiting for the command to blow?"When the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ heard this, it weighed heavily upon them. So the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Say, 'Allah is sufficient for us, and what an excellent Guardian He is.'"
حدثنا محمد بن ربيعة عن خالد أبي العلاء الخفاف عن عطية
قال رسول الله ﷺ كيف أنعم وصاحب القرن قد التقم القرن وحنى جبهته وأصغى السمع متى يؤمر قال فسمع ذلك أصحاب رسول الله ﷺ فشق عليهم فقال رسول الله ﷺ قولوا حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل
