Abu Layla reported,

I was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ while either Hasan or Husayn was lying on his chest or belly. I saw the child's urine streaming down, so we got up to act, but he said, "Leave my son alone, do not startle him until he finishes urinating." Then he poured water over the spot.Afterwards he stood up and entered the room where the dates of charity were kept, and the boy went in with him. The boy took a date and put it in his mouth, but the Prophet ﷺ took it out and said, "Charity is not lawful for us."

حدثنا حسن بن موسى حدثنا زهير عن عبد الله بن عيسى عن أبيه عن جده

عن أبي ليلى قال

كنت عند رسول الله ﷺ وعلى صدره أو بطنه الحسن أو الحسين قال فرأيت بوله أساريع فقمنا إليه فقال دعوا ابني لا تفزعوه حتى يقضي بوله ثم أتبعه الماء ثم قام فدخل بيت تمر الصدقة ودخل معه الغلام فأخذ تمرة فجعلها في فيه فاستخرجها النبي ﷺ وقال إن الصدقة لا تحل لنا
