He was with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and on his belly lay Hasan or Husayn (Zuhayr was uncertain which). The child urinated, and I saw his urine on the belly of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ running in little streams. We jumped up toward him, but he, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Leave my son alone," or "Do not startle my son." Then he called for water and poured it over himself.He then took a date from the dates of charity and put it in his mouth, but the Messenger of Allah pulled it out of his mouth.

أنه كان عند رسول الله ﷺ وعلى بطنه الحسن أو الحسين شك زهير قال فبال حتى رأيت بوله على بطن رسول الله ﷺ أساريع قال فوثبنا إليه قال فقال عليه الصلاة والسلام دعوا ابني أو لا تفزعوا ابني قال ثم دعا بماء فصبه عليه قال فأخذ تمرة من تمر الصدقة قال فأدخلها في فيه قال فانتزعها رسول الله من فيه

Its isnad is sahih. Abdullah bin Isa bin Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Layla is trustworthy. Ibn Main deemed him trustworthy, and Nasai said he was trustworthy and firm. They said he was more excellent than his father Isa and his uncle, and his father was also trustworthy. The hadith is like the ones preceding it, and Nasai stated it decisively as it has appeared many times before, namely that charity is forbidden to the family of the Prophet's household.See Muslim 2/751, number 1069.
