The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you urinates, let him gently draw his penis three times."
حدثنا روح حدثنا زكريا بن إسحاق
قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا بال أحدكم فلينتر ذكره ثلاث مرات
Its chain of transmission is daif, like the one before it.
