The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When one of you urinates, let him gently squeeze his penis three times." Zamah said once, "That will be sufficient for him."
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا زمعة
قال رسول الله ﷺ إذا بال أحدكم فلينتر ذكره ثلاثا قال زمعة مرة فإن ذلك يجزئ عنه
Its chain of transmission is daif, because of Isa bin Yazdad, whom Bukhari and Abu Hatim considered unknown, while Ibn Hibban considered him reliable. Our rule is that Ibn Hibban's ruling of reliability is accepted only when he alone reports it, not when it contradicts the leading scholars. Haythami mentioned him in 1/207 without giving a preference. It is found in Ibn Majah, 1/118, no. 326, and Busiri graded it daif in Zawaid.
