Abdullah bin Abbas reported,
Jibreel 
came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "The month is complete at twenty-nine days."

Its isnad is sahih. Abu Hakam is Imran bin Harith Sulami, previously mentioned in 185. Nasai narrated the hadith 1:302 through Shubah. See also 1594-1596. It will come at greater length in 2103.
