Its isnad is sahih. Affan, with a fatha on the ain and a doubled fa, is Ibn Muslim Amiri Kullabi, a trustworthy narrator. He was deemed trustworthy by Ibn Saad, Abu Zura, Daraqutni, and others.Amash is Sulayman bin Mihran, the trustworthy imam, too well known to need introduction.
