Atiyyah al-Qurazi reported, "We were presented to the Prophet ﷺ on the day of Qurayzah. Whoever had grown pubic hair was killed, and whoever had not was set free. I was among those who had not, so I was set free."
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا سفيان عن عبد الملك بن عمير قال سمعت
عرضنا على النبي ﷺ يوم قريظة فكان من أنبت قتل ولم ينبت خلي سبيله فكنت فيمن لم ينبت فخلي سبيلي
Its chain of transmission is sahih. It is found in Tirmidhi 4/145, no. 1584, in the chapters on military expeditions, in the section on what has been said about accepting a ruling from an arbitrator, where he said, hasan sahih, and Ibn Majah 2/849, no. 2541, in the chapters on legal punishments, and Darimi 2/294, no. 2464.
