Abdullah bin Adi reported,
He reported that he heard the Prophet ﷺ, while standing at al-Hazwarah in the marketplace of Makkah, say, "By Allah, you are the best of Allah's lands and the most beloved of Allah's lands to Allah 
. Had I not been driven out from you, I would never have left."

Sahihحدثنا أبو اليمان أخبرنا شعيب عن الزهري أخبرنا أبو سلمة بن عبد الرحمن أن
عبد الله بن عدي بن الحمراء الزهري
أخبره أنه سمع النبي ﷺ وهو واقف بالحزورة في سوق مكة والله إنك لخير أرض الله وأحب أرض الله إلى الله عز وجل ولولا أني أخرجت منك ما خرجت
Its chain of transmission is sahih, its narrators are trustworthy, prominent imams.The hadith was narrated by Tirmidhi, 5/722, no. 3925, in the chapters on Virtues, on the merit of Makkah. He said, hasan gharib sahih. Also Ibn Majah, 2/1036, no. 3108, in the chapters on Rites, on the merit of Makkah. And Darimi, 2/311, no. 2510, in the chapters on Expeditions, on the Prophet's ﷺ departure from Makkah. Hakim graded it sahih, 3/431, and Dhahabi agreed with him.
