When the Prophet ﷺ would retire to his bed, he would place his right hand under his cheek and say, "O Allah, protect me from Your punishment on the Day You resurrect Your servants," or "the Day You gather Your servants."

أن النبي ﷺ كان إذا أوى إلى فراشه وضع يده اليمنى تحت خده وقال اللهم قني عذابك يوم تبعث عبادك أو تجمع عبادك
