The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever lends silver, or gives silver as a gift, or guides someone along a path, or offers milk to drink, will have the reward equal to freeing a slave or a soul. And whoever says ten times, 'There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things,' will have the reward equal to freeing a slave or a soul."The narrator said, He used to come to us when we stood for prayer and would touch our shoulders or our chests, saying, "Do not differ from one another, for then your hearts will differ."He also used to say, "Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the first row," or "the first rows."

عن النبي ﷺ قال من منح منحة ورق أو منح ورقا أو هدى زقاقا أو سقى لبنا كان له عدل رقبة أو نسمة ومن قال لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير عشر مرات كان له كعدل رقبة أو نسمة قال وكان يأتينا إذا قمنا إلى الصلاة فيمسح عواتقنا أو صدورنا وكان يقول لا تختلفوا فتختلف قلوبكم وكان يقول إن الله وملائكته يصلون على الصف الأول أو الصفوف الأول
