The Prophet ﷺ said regarding a man who has relations with his wife's slave-girl, "If she had permitted her to him, he is to be lashed one hundred times, and if she had not permitted her to him, he is to be stoned."

عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال في الرجل يأتي جارية امرأته قال إن كانت أحلتها له جلدته مائة وإن لم تكن أحلتها له رجمته
