A woman came to Numan bin Bashir and said that her husband had slept with her slave-girl.He said, "I will judge this matter according to the ruling of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. If you had made her lawful to him, I will give him a hundred lashes, and if you had not made her lawful to him, I will stone him to death."
حدثنا علي بن عاصم عن خالد الحذاء عن حبيب بن سالم
جاءت امرأة إلى النعمان بن بشير فقالت إن زوجها وقع على جاريتها فقال سأقضي في ذلك بقضاء رسول الله ﷺ إن كنت أحللتيها له ضربته مائة سوط وإن لم تكوني أحللتيها له رجمته
