The Messenger of Allah ﷺ had Usama ride behind him from Arafat to Muzdalifa, then had Fadl ride behind him from Muzdalifa to Mina. Fadl reported that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ continued to recite the talbiya until he threw the pebbles at Jamrat al-Uqba.

أن رسول الله ﷺ أردف أسامة من عرفات إلى جمع وأردف الفضل من جمع إلى منى فأخبره بأن رسول الله ﷺ لم يزل يلبي حتى رمى جمرة العقبة
