The Prophet ﷺ stood inside the Kaabah and glorified Allah, declared His greatness, supplicated to Him, and sought His forgiveness, without performing bowing or prostration.
حدثنا أبو كامل حدثنا حماد يعني ابن سلمة عن عمرو بن دينار عن ابن عباس
أن النبي ﷺ قام في الكعبة فسبح وكبر ودعا الله واستغفره ولم يركع ولم يسجد
Its isnad is sahih. Abu Kamil is Muzaffar bin Mudrik, the trustworthy and firmly reliable hadith master. The hadith is an abridgment of 1819.
