Similar to the hadith of Abbad. Mughira said, "I wanted to push Abdul-Rahman bin Awf back, but the Prophet ﷺ said, 'Leave him.'"
حدثنا عبد الرزاق عن ابن جريج حدثني ابن شهاب عن إسماعيل بن محمد بن سعد
نحو حديث عباد قال المغيرة وأردت تأخير عبد الرحمن بن عوف فقال النبي ﷺ دعه
Its isnad is sahih, and Ismail bin Muhammad bin Saad bin Abu Waqqas is trustworthy and authoritative. The hadith supports what was mentioned previously at 18052.
