The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came out to us, or came in to us, while we were nine in number, with a leather cushion among us, and said, "After me there will be rulers who lie and oppress. Whoever enters upon them and confirms their lies and supports them in their oppression is not of me, nor am I of him, and he will not come to me at the Pool. But whoever does not confirm their lies and does not support them in their oppression is of me, and I am of him, and he will come to me at the Pool."
حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن سفيان حدثني أبو حصين عن الشعبي عن عاصم العدوى
خرج علينا رسول الله ﷺ أو دخل ونحن تسعة وبيننا وسادة من أدم فقال إنها ستكون بعدي أمراء يكذبون ويظلمون فمن دخل عليهم فصدقهم بكذبهم وأعانهم على ظلمهم فليس مني ولست منه وليس بوارد علي الحوض ومن لم يصدقهم بكذبهم ويعنهم على ظلمهم فهو مني وأنا منه وهو وارد علي الحوض
