The Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressed us at Mina while he was on his mount, and I was right beneath the base of his she-camel's neck as she chewed her cud, her saliva running down between my shoulders. He said, "Allah has already assigned every person his share of the inheritance, so no bequest may be made to an heir. Know that the child belongs to the marriage bed, and the adulterer gets nothing. Know too that whoever claims descent from someone other than his father, or takes as patrons people other than his own out of dislike for them, upon him is the curse of Allah, of the angels, and of all people."Saeed said, Matar also related to us, from Shahr bin Hawshab, from Abdul-Rahman bin Ghanem, from Amr bin Kharija, that the Prophet ﷺ addressed them while on his mount, and his mount was chewing her cud, her saliva running down between my shoulders. He said, "Allah
has already assigned every person his share of the inheritance, so no bequest to an heir is valid. The child belongs to the marriage bed, and the adulterer gets nothing. Know that whoever claims descent from someone other than his father, or takes as patrons people other than his own, upon him is the curse of Allah, of the angels, and of all people. Allah will accept from him neither repentance nor ransom." Or, "neither ransom nor repentance."
