I went out with the Prophet ﷺ on Hajj. I saw him heading out to relieve himself, so I followed him with a water vessel, or perhaps a small cup, and sat down for him along the path. Whenever he went to relieve himself, he would go far away.

خرجت مع النبي ﷺ حاجا فرأيته خرج من الخلاء فاتبعته بالإداوة أو القدح فجلست له بالطريق وكان إذا أتى حاجته أبعد
Its isnad is sahih, its narrators are trustworthy and well known. Abu Jafar Khatami is Umayr bin Yazid bin Umayr Ansari, and he is trustworthy. Umara bin Khuzayma bin Thabit Ansari is trustworthy and virtuous, and likewise is Harith bin Fudayl Khatami Ansari.The hadith was narrated by Nasai 1/17, and Ibn Majah, number 334. Haythami said in 1/230, "Its narrators are trustworthy." It will come in detail at 17993.
