Naeem bin Naham reported,

The call to the dawn prayer was made on a cold day while I was wrapped in my wife's cloak. I thought to myself, if only the caller would say, "Whoever stays seated, there is no blame on him." Then the Prophet's ﷺ caller announced at the end of his call, "And whoever stays seated, there is no blame on him."

عن نعيم بن النحام قال

نودي بالصبح في يوم بارد وأنا في مرط امرأتي فقلت ليت المنادي قال من قعد فلا حرج عليه فنادى منادي النبي ﷺ في آخر أذانه ومن قعد فلا حرج عليه
