We were with Amr bin As on a Hajj or Umrah journey, and when we reached Marr al-Zahran, there was a woman in her howdah who had placed her hand on it. He turned aside and entered a mountain pass, and we entered along with him.He said, "We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in this very place when we came upon a large flock of crows, among which was a single crow with white wings and a red beak and red legs. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'No woman shall enter Paradise except one who is like this crow among these crows.'"Hasan's version says, There was a woman with her bracelets and rings on her hands, and she had placed her hands. Hasan did not mention Marr al-Zahran.

كنا مع عمرو بن العاص في حج أو عمرة حتى إذا كنا بمر الظهران فإذا امرأة في هودجها قد وضعت يدها على هودجها قال فمال فدخل الشعب فدخلنا معه فقال كنا مع رسول الله ﷺ في هذا المكان فإذا نحن بغربان كثيرة فيها غراب أعصم أحمر المنقار والرجلين فقال رسول الله ﷺ لا يدخل الجنة من النساء إلا مثل هذا الغراب في هذه الغربان قال حسن فإذا امرأة في يديها حبائرها وخواتيمها قد وضعت يديها ولم يقل حسن بمر الظهران
