The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The most beloved of you to me and the closest to me in the Hereafter are those of you with the finest character, and the most hated of you to me and the farthest from me in the Hereafter are those of you with the worst character, the babblers, the pompous, and the boastful talkers."
حدثنا محمد بن أبي عدي عن داود عن مكحول
قال رسول الله ﷺ إن أحبكم إلي وأقربكم مني في الآخرة محاسنكم أخلاقا وإن أبغضكم إلي وأبعدكم مني في الآخرة مساويكم أخلاقا الثرثارون المتفيهقون المتشدقون
