Saeed reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressed us at Mina while he was on his mount, and I was beneath the base of his she-camel's neck as she chewed her cud, her saliva running down between my shoulders. He said, "Allah has apportioned to every person his share of the inheritance, so no bequest to an heir is valid. Know that the child belongs to the marriage bed, and the adulterer gets nothing. Know that whoever claims descent from someone other than his father, or attaches himself as a client to people other than his own out of dislike for them, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people."Saeed said, Matar also narrated to us, from Shahr, from Abdul-Rahman bin Ghanem, from Amr bin Kharija, from the Prophet ﷺ, with the addition, "and no ransom or substitute will be accepted from him."
