I asked the family of Hakam bin Sufyan about him, and they stated that he did not meet the Prophet ﷺ.Abu Abdul-Rahman said, Shuba and Wahib narrated it from Mansur, from Mujahid, from Hakam bin Sufyan, from his father, that he saw the Prophet ﷺ. Others narrated it from Mansur, from Mujahid, from Hakam bin Sufyan, who said, "I saw the Prophet ﷺ urinate, perform wudu, and sprinkle water on his private part."In his version of the hadith, Yahya said that the Prophet ﷺ urinated and sprinkled water.
